Customer Rating: Summary: It's a band... for your head... during yoga. Comment: Does that precisely. But I use it for hot yoga and I find that after it absorbs so much moisture, it gets larger making it easier for it to slip off your head.
But for $3 or $4, it's better than not having a band.
