Comment: Dont ever purchase Avon products, you will never get them! and after a while they answered they can't even re-send it because the S&H will be more expensive that the product you bought. I lost my money!

Comment: I am VERY disappointed in Avon and their return policy!!!! I ordered several of these mini lipglazes and some of their mini lipliner pencils to try out - they sent me the wrong color lipglaze and my mini lipliners were all melted when I received them. I wanted to return them, since Avon messed up and the products were damaged and the wrong color, and they said that I had to pay for the return shipping to get the credit back for what THEy had screwed up! Since the shipping charge was more than they would even credit me back with, i had to keep the items - and they claim to care about making sure their customers are satisfied - what a joke!!! I strongly believe that they should have either paid the shipping or at least credited me back the amount of the damaged and wrong items. I will NEVER order form Avon again!
