Designed for inflating and deflating beds, boats, and other inflatable items, this cordless, rechargeable electric pump makes the chore fast and easy. It works with Coleman double-lock and quick valves, Boston valves, and pinch valves, and is compatible with all Coleman beds and inflatables, as well most other inflatable products. It does not, however, work with stem and needle valves, such as those in basketballs, bike tires, etc. For valves other than pinch valves, there's an adapter nozzle, and for pinch valves there's a separate adapter. The pump inflates from one end and deflates from the other. A plug-in transformer comes with the pump to charge the battery. --Fred Brack

Summary: Blew up my boat!
Comment: I bought this pump for my Sevylor HF350 inflatable boat. It blew it up in about 20 minutes of actual run time. The directions read to take a 20 minute break after 10 minutes of continuous use.
I was surprised by how it keeps on pumping even with a lot of back pressure and resistance from the inflatable.
Afterwards, I blew up a Coleman Colossus raft in about 5 minutes, and an air mattress in about 2 min!!
So far, I think it's a great value.

Comment: When it was delivered, I automatically opened up the box and checked it out. The battery was charged, which I thought might mess up battery life... but it seems unaffected. This thing is pretty solidly built. My other pump is a cheaper coleman one, and i thought this was just kinda like that one. I was wrong. This thing pumps at least 2x or 3x faster than the other. It has good recharge time and all in all i say its a great buy for 23 bucks, as opposed to a manual pump for $15-$20

Comment: This device works better than advertized. The feature to mechanically deflate as well as inflate is invaluable at tightly rolling my air mattress. The speed at which the device inflates my kingsized air mattress is impressive.
