Comment: I must admit that when this item first arrived, it seemed to work well but after a few 'wearings', the material started to give out and now it does not support as well as it did. A little expensive for the short time it worked.

Comment: If you have pain in your foot caused techically by plantar fasciatis that extends to the muscles on the side and top of your foot, this support is blessing. You can sleep with it on and it keeps your foot from curling up, and hurting like hell when you get out of bed in the morning. it supports your foots when walking on cobblestone areas like the streets of Rome, so that you don't step down on it wrong and sprain your muscles in your arch and ankle. I an ordering another one so that I have one to wear while I launder the first.
