Summary: Tastes Great
Comment: I love the taste of this protein shake. I blend it with pomegranate juice, a little water plus frozen fruits such as: peaches, mangos, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries and rasberries and it makes a delicious morning or afternoon frozen smoothie. Best of all it does keep me full for a while. It does not leave a bad aftertaste like some protein powders I've tried in the past. Thumbs up for me.

Summary: Protein without bad taste and other negative effects
Comment: This is my second protein powder mix. It's a much better experience than my first which turned messy. The taste isn't bad at all. It doesn't have a long after flavor and isn't overwhelming. I'm using a single scoop per 16oz water, this is approximately a half dose.
Compared to other mixes this one is low in fat and cholesterol. It has no lactose. It provides additional vitamins and minerals. It doesn't use headache inducing sweeteners like apartame. For me this sums up to a good product.

Comment: As a bariatric patient, I'm looking for good sources of protein. This tastes great and I can get a large dose of protein in one setting. Item was priced right and I appreciate that it came quickly.
