Customer Rating: Summary: Very Pleased Comment: I recently purchased the Pacific Outdoors Optima 10X32 shoeshoes. I love them ! I have the opportunity to use them everyday for casual recreation. They work equally well in powder and crusty snow. So smooth. Good for uphill and downhill climbing. The bindings are easy on and off. I wear neoprene 'muck' boots and they tighten really well around them. They don't loosen with walking. Nice crampon system. On occasion, the snow will build up in the crampons but comes off in about 3-4 steps. No complaints here. I also purchased a pair of adjustable Swiss Gear poles and appreciate the added balance they give.
