Summary: This product works fine.
Comment: We have had some difficulty with DVDs skipping, slowing down and other annoying problems. Since we used the Memorex DVD to clean the heads, these problems have disappeared except when there has been damage to the disc.
It's good to have the microfiber cloth, too, to keep things running smoothly.
