Summary: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THROUGH DIRT RAG MAG
Comment: I ordered a Swobo wool jersey for my husband's birthday through their website. I used my work address so that it could be a surprise. It was supposed to be 2-3 day delivery but after 2 weeks and not receiving anything, I called the office to inquire. They used USPS priority to send the package and therefore the item is not trackable. I mentioned that I did not include the floor number in the address and wondered could that be the problem? (I later learned from the building manager that plenty of packages arrive without the floor number and they get delivered.) Well, it's been 6 weeks since my original order and the package is no where to be found. Dirt Rag is now blaming me for the loss because "I did not use the correct address" and refuses to send another shirt or refund my $133. The funny thing is that I paid $10 for shipping!
Dirt Rag is in the business of selling items on line and shipping those items to buyers. They are responsible for items getting lost in transit. This is why reputable companies use shipping vendors that track packages. It is unacceptable that they would put the blame on the buyer. I do much of my shopping on-line and this is the worst experience I have ever had with on-line purchasing.
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Comment: Dirt Rag is the real mountain biking magazine. It's not as flashy as the others, but for me, mountain biking is not about flash. It's not all about racing and corporations. It's about people and riding. And so is Dirt Rag.
