My husband adores this product. Two years ago, I purchased the simular one from Homedics, without heat. He actually worn that one out. I bought him this new one with heat an neck massage. None other can compete. It is awesome.

I love the heated massager and the different types of therepy it has to offer in one cushion. the neck massager is not as great as I wanted for you must be exact height to get the real value from it. but other than that it is well worth the money

Comment: I 5'8", and tried this in a store after shopping for hours, and it worked well. The rolling, shiatsu massage option, plus the heat really felt great. So I bought this for my parents for Christmas. My mom, who has regular back and neck aches, and is about 5'6", has used it often in the past 2 weeks, and said it really works well. My Dad (about 6' tall) has used it some, but has a hard time getting his shoulders to fit the area of the massager, but he is planning on trying a different chair to see it that improves this issue.
It's not as good as a professional massage, but it's way better than any others I or my parents tried, and considering you can use this in home, whenever you want, as long as you want, it's a good deal.
You can get it cheaper than retail if you look around. I got a 20 dollar instant rebate from Amazon when I bought it, and that plus the free shipping made it the cheapest option I could find both on and off the internet.

Summary: Good, but skip the shoulder model
Comment: Overall I am satisfied with this product, although I find that the shoulder massage portion is just not that good. I don't know if it's the placement or the shiatsu action or what. I would recommend getting the same version of this (cheaper back-massage only) without the top portion.
The fact that the quality is dubious (made in China) is offset slightly by HoMedics impressive 2-year warranty. Hopefully I won't have to use it!
