Comment: This is a very good product, providing the right amount of hold without too much shine. The double pack aspect is really good value as well. The product lasts for a while, but is not a super strong hold without using a large amount. Overall if your looking for a medium hold and a matte finish this is the product for you. Use it with dry hair for best texture effects, but recently towel dryed hair for the best shape.

Comment: I have been using this product for several years now and I love it. I signed up for the "Subscribe and Save" option here on Amazon about 6 months ago and up until last month things have been fine. This last month I noticed a charge on my credit card for 18.65 which is what I had been paying for the subscribe and save but it was about 3 weeks early. I contacted Amazon and the lady apologized and said that my order was shipped out early due to a glitch in their system. She didnt offer my any sort of compensation but fortunatly the account used to pay for this had enough money in it. When the package arrived I noticed that they are 3oz jars instead of the 3.53oz jars I had been receiving. The description of the forming cream said it was a medium hold instead of a firm hold like the other ones I have received from Amazon. Needless to say I canceled my subscription until they can get this corrected.

Comment: This is the only hair product I use now. I don't use anything else. I love it. Very good deal. They usually go for about $15-$16 at local hair salons. Also I got free 2-day shipping with a trial prime membership.
