Summary: Don't buy it
Comment: When I first unpacked it, I was disappointed at how easily the cap came off...
Nevertheless, the unit worked adequately for 10 days. Then it stopped working entirely. I changed batteries but it still was dead. I called the customer support 800 number and gave them all the information... model number, date of purchase, Amazon order number, etc. I was told that I would hear back either by phone or by email. I waited a week and then called again. I gave all the same information and was told that this time they would ask for a rush response. It has now been 2 weeks and I have still not heard back. Thirty days since purchase have now expired and I have little hope of getting satisfaction.
Save your money and your aggravation and do not do business with this company.

Summary: works fine
Comment: I bought this for trimming minor nose hair. While it works, it tickles my nose and seems to irritate my skin. Each time I've used it I've experienced some discomfort and extra sensitivity in the skin just inside my nostrils.
As for construction, this thing seems about as durable as a magic marker: very cheap. That doesn't mean it won't last, but I wouldn't drop it too many times!

Summary: Good for the price.
Comment: Hubby says that his is nearly as good as his old one. Yes, the occasional pulled nose hair, but not enough tug to pull them out or cause tears. I bought him one or two others before this one that he didn't like at all. Either they didn't trim close enough or they pulled hairs constantly. This mangroomer seems to be the best of the lot of currently available nose trimmers.

Summary: Tickle your nose
Comment: If you have a strong resistance to something tickling the inside of your nose buy this product. Otherwise, buy something else. I've had several of this type of trimmers in the past and never had a problem until this one arrived. I can't stand to use it because of the intense tickle it inparts in my nose.
