Customer Rating: Summary: Pretty tough bag but weak zippers Comment: I bought the XL version of this Duffle bag for my son's catcher and other baseball gear. He has gone through a bunch of regular baseball bags over the years and he wanted something just for gear, not bats. He is tough on equipment bags and after Spring and Summer baseball seasons, this bag is ready to be replaced. All of the zipper tabs have broken off and the zipper on one of the end compartments is broken but other than that, the case has not worn much... Pluses: rugged material, good size, good layout... Minuses: weak zippers. Customer Rating: Summary: Big bag - big promises - don't be fooled! Comment: I bought this bag for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day. So I ordered it well in advance and it stayed hidden in my closet for a couple of weeks. He loved it... then about two weeks in, he started noticing the strap was fraying and tearing. I emailed the company and was told that it had passed its "30 day warranty". Okay, so, you're telling me a bag that is made by a company with that kind of reputation shouldn't last longer than 30 days? Hmmm... maybe next time I'll just go to Wal-Mart and buy a bag, save the extra $50 for a rainy day? Not sure what I'm more upset about, the lack of quality of the bag or the lack of quality in customer service with this company.

The bag is now LITERALLY falling apart, it's only THREE MONTHS old! I won't purchase anything else from this company.
