Comment: I agree with many things that have been written. Disc #2 is my FAVORITE work out. Michael Carson does a great job of putting together a real workout that you will feel the next day if you took any time off!!
The other discs are cute routines, but not great workouts, but make a good add-on to the work out here!

Comment: I actually purchased this video for my friend's bachelorette party. So she could learn some "moves" before the big night! We have only gone through the video once so we haven't learned it well yet. It was pretty fun and by the end I had broken out into a light sweat. I find it better for erotic dancing than an actual workout. I didn't like the fact that Carmen calls her right "right" so when you hear right but she's moving to your left, it can throw you off.
