Summary: New Bottle Leaks
Comment: I purchased this in the past and the "leak free" bottle cap worked great, but I recently purchased this and it has a new cap that leaks like crazy! I have more Flax oil on my counter top and fridge shelves than i get in my meals.
I would suggest you buy Spectrum's Flax Oil which is usually cheaper and comes with a "standard" cap that does not leak.

Summary: My father in law is using to help fight his cancer
Comment: I purchased this for my father-in-law, whom has cancer. It is suppose to help heal cells. He mixes it with yogurt or cottage cheese, honey, I don't know much about it myself. Just what I have read, and father in law is using alot of it.
The shipping took a long time, 7-10 days. So, don't wait until you are really low to order.

Comment: If your are looking for the best tasting,highest quality flax seed oil,then Barlean's Highest Lignan is the one to try!It's simply the best,in my very honest opinion!
The best part about this oil is the packaging...the bottle has a flip top,along with a plastic no spill spout!You just lightly squeeze the bottle,and the desired amount comes out..no more accidental spilling!Try tipping the other brands of flax oil upside down...bet you can't,lol!
The highest quality is always consistant with Barleans,and the taste!The taste is sooo good!A very light,buttery,almost nutty flavor!Most flax oil I've tasted is just downright vile and NASTY (and believe me,I've tried alot of brands...Now,Spectrum,Health by the Sun,Jarrow,Nature's Way,ect.)
Not only does it taste great by the spoonful,it mixes very well with yogurt,oatmeal,roasted veggies,spaghetti squash,and anything else you can think of!My favorite thing to add flax oil to is my daily whey blueberry and strawberry smoothie..I also add 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds to it (heavenly!)I also make the best homemade salad dressing ever with it with lemon,apple cider vinegar,and cilantro!
A great way to get your Omega 3's!
