Summary: If you have a thick beard...forget it.
Comment: I picked this up right before Christmas on sale. While I'm sure it's a capable razor for some men, if your beard is particularly thick, look elsewhere. Even after just a few days of growth, I found it unable to shave my beard sufficiently. The way I see it, when I have to go over my face with a regular razor after I've used an electric razor, the razor become unnecessary. For people with thin/regular beards or more moderate growth who shave every single day (twice?), the Pro Curve would probably do a serviceable job, but it's not a good match for me. It gets points for being usable in the shower, good battery life and having a pretty decent trimmer, but even at that it barely musters a two-star rating.

Comment: The manafacturer tells the consumer to wait several weeks to become accustomed to this razor, however the blades of this shaver tore up my neck and I was very uncomfortable until I stopped using the razor.

Comment: My husband loves this shaver. I bought it for him for Christmas and it was a great deal. Also, it was 1/2 the price on Amazon.com than from Panasonic's website! What a great deal!

Comment: I only use it on infrequently. It is not as close as a razor but I did not expect it to be. Seems to hold its charge for at least a couple of weeks. I had an older version which I liked better. I found this unit to be a little large and as such harder to manuver. I don't think I would like this unit if I used it every day. The heads do not float which I think also makes it a little harder to use.
I purchased this model because I can use it in the shower.

Comment: The machine works as advertised. The only thing that you might want to change is the bag that comes with it (it doesn't hold the machine very well). Apart from that, I can't say anything except that I'm a very satisfied customer.
