Summary: It's A Jumprope.
Comment: This piece suffers from shoddy construction and questionable squeaky bearing design. It is non-adjustable. It functions decently, but is difficult to wear in. I'll stick with it as a low-speed basics rope, until I'm ready for a high speed rope. I do not recommend, as better constructed leather ropes are available for a nominal price increase.
