Comment: We originally ordered the CHI from the above vendor, received it promptly and it was as advertised. However, when it was first used, the CHI did not maintain temperature and a defective switch was detected. After contacting AM Health & Beauty on a Sunday, they replied within a couple of hours and offered to refund or replace the tool. As we just wanted a replacement, they offered to ship us a new one and enclose a return label so we would not have to pay to return the defective product! Something that is almost unheard of these days. I am very impressed by the service of AM Health & Beauty Service and would recommend them as a preferred dealer!
