Customer Rating: Summary: I guess it's worth the $8 Comment: The bristles are very coarse, so they do grab your hair, but they are much too rough for my taste. Also, beware of some major static
Seems like it might be well suited for curly or wavy hair.
Overall it does work, and it was worth $8, but i'm definitely not as impressed as i had hoped to be.
Customer Rating: Summary: Wow~ amazing body, great control, for $8? Comment: This is an amazing product. Buy it! For under $10, it leaves my hair shinier, fuller, and very bouncy (perfect for the wavy trend right now). I've had no trouble with it getting caught in my hair or anything. It's become indispensable to me and, in fact, I'm purchasing a second one right now to leave in my gym bag.
Oh, and for reference, I have fairly thick, layered hair that falls about two inches below my shoulders. But I think this brush will work well on any type of hair except really short hair.
Customer Rating: Summary: I wish that I had known about this sooner! Comment: This is no ordinary brush! I have always had curly, frizzy hair, and I thought that the only way to tame it was curling irons or steam rollers. Tedious and time consuming. Now, with this ceramic brush, I have smooth straight hair in the time it takes to blow dry. I love it!! My hair feels so silky and lots of bounce, too.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great brush Comment: I have always had problems with soft bristle brushes actually grabbing my hair. This brush does a nice job of grabbing hair with little effort and makes styling it so much easier. I also bought an ionic hair dryer and I am amazed at the results!
Customer Rating: Summary: OUTSTANDING....Don't discontinue, Conair!!! Comment: I have long (shoulder blade), very thick, wavy/curly, often frizzy hair. I had been using a boar's bristle brush I purchased for $40.00 at Sephora. I bought this brush at Target because it was the largest diameter I could find. Wow. WOW! It made a huge difference in my blow out. I was able to take my hair and make it smooth and remarkably shiny in 45 minutes....the same time a stylist usually takes. Note: my blowout was much better than the $60.00 one I just had in November, and I guarantee I'm no hair genius. It was the brush. I have found this extremely hard to find in drugstores, perhaps they are being discontinued, which is a BIG mistake by Conair if true. Yesterday I returned to Target and purchased two more. I am hoarding them, that's how impressed I was by this product. Far exceeded my expectations and significantly outperformed a hairbrush that was triple the cost. Get it while you can.....
