Summary: beautiful but fragile
Comment: i just received 5 sets of these (for my birthday)- as we are collecting Settings for 20 people in order to have the family together for christmas 2009. - these arrived fine. - are beautiful. i am almost afraid to use them. - i just might give the children (by christmas the 3 youngest will be 10 and 11) these to use as well, kids will be kids --

Summary: Delicate goblets!!
Comment: Two sets of goblets were purchased to go with the Winterberry dinnerware set. All pieces came intact and there were no flaws in any of the pieces. Every piece purchased was on sale, making it easier to buy extra pieces to go with the entire dinner set.

Summary: Beautiful but extremely fragile
Comment: These are beautiful glasses, thus they rate 2 stars. If not for their exceptional look, I would give them 0 stars. These glasses are more fragile than any I have ever owned. I knew the glass was very thin and so took great care with the glasses, yet one still broke during its first use. These glasses are almost useless for actual use, might be ok for display only. Even very light use at Christmastime, with great care taken, is likely to result in breakage. To top it off, they can NEVER be put in the dishwasher. I would not recommend these glasses.

Comment: nice to look at, however must be handled with care...glass is very thin and breaks, chips, easily....also be sure to NEVER put in the dishwasher as the decorative features on the glass simply dissolve.....I would not order these again...

Comment: The Winterberry glasses arrived quickly and intact. They are very beautiful. Sad to say, since my Christmas dinner had to be cancelled I was not able to use them, but looking forward to next Christmas.Pfaltzgraff always has top notch merchandise.
