Summary: Ugly, unfitted , bulky, unpractical
Comment: The item looked OK in the picture; but when it arrived I was very surprised. It looked very bulky and would fit any body form 65 lbs to 400 lbs. Upon receipt of the item, I immediately decided to return it.

Summary: Great Vest for a Giant
Comment: This vest is by far the largest vest I've ever seen. I spent quite a bit of time looking for an adjustable 20lb weighted vest and finally settled on this one. As a size 4 female this vest looked and felt ridiculous. The so called adjustable straps adjust to about 5 times the size of what I need them to adjust to. I did decide to try out running in it and because of the size and rough material it rubbed the entire time against my neck. The length of this vest also came down several inches below my normal belt line (I'm 5'8), awkwardly rubbing on my thighs as I ran. Altogether much too much movement for a weight vest. I would not recommend this vest for anyone let alone a small to medium person.

Comment: I looked at all the vests on Amazon and made the choice based on price first and utility second. This vest is utilitarian only - it has no redeeming aesthetic qualities ... but it works!
