Summary: Ugh! Stone pillow!
Comment: I bought this for neck pain I've been having. I can't express enough how uncomfortable this is. This is the first review I've ever written on Amazon and I have always found the review section immensely helpful when purchasing a product. So, I had to give my 2 cents on this pillow. The first night, I didn't sleep at all with it. I gave it another few nights try and it is still just too hard for a pillow. I'm now looking at one of the microbeads for a different choice. I do, however, love Homedics between-the-knees-pillow. THAT one reduced hip pain after just one night. Naturally, I was hopeful for the neck pillow by the same company.

Summary: A bargain at any price
Comment: I own several of these pillows and absolutely adore them. I have chronic back pain as a rule, and not only have these pillows helped me immensely for getting better sleep, but now that I am pregnant as well, they've proven every bit as useful for using instead of expensive and bulky pregnancy pillows. You can use these singly or in groups to really customize your support and comfort where you most need it. These are an eminently portable size, so I also keep one in the car to lean my head on during long family car trips. My only complaint about them is that you can't buy spare or replacement pillowcases for them, but the pillowcase that comes with it machine washes nicely and holds up pretty well. The foam is a comfy firmness-- not rock-hard and not insubstantial-- so it will work well in any number of applications. LOVE this product and would highly recommend-- a bargain at any price!

Summary: Not a pain-in-the-neck
Comment: First off, I think many reviewers need to try the lumbar-support pillow before giving this particular pillow a negative review. I am a medium-sized guy, if not relatively small 5'9" 150 lbs and this works great for neck support. It gives enough to be soft in conforming to your neck, but not so soft that it totally flattens and becomes worthless (though my mellon isn't a medicine-ball either).
I like the price even if it really just reflects what equates to 'not-free-shipping' at $15 and the washable removable cover is plush. It is 'breathable' and doesn't get hot/sweaty, from my experience....and I use it every night since I got it. Honestly, I could get rid of my normal pillows altogether after purchasing this.
The way I explained it to a friend was that I bought it for my neck pain and not only is that gone now, but amazingly, I actually wake-up with my head still on this thing!

Summary: Homedics ortho therapy four position support pillow with cover
Comment: Works better than the HoMedics Ortho leg spacer...The four position support pillow is much softer and flexible and easily compressed ...Also has the advantage of multiple uses/positions for a few dollars more. Recommend this product over the HodMedics Ortho leg spacer.

Summary: Versatile Pillow
Comment: We already had one of these, so we got this so we could each have our own. It's a nice pillow to put behind your lower back while watching TV or as a neck support when sleeping. The fabric is soft and really comfy. I've taken it on trips with us and it's great to use in the car or airplane. It would be nice if it was a little bit bigger, but overall, I like it.
