Summary: The best protein and flavor in my opinion
Comment: As a middle-aged man I sometimes find myself struggling in the incessant war against middle-aged spread. When I seem to be losing ground, this is the big artillery I bring out. Switching to a no carb diet, make sure I do my running, and using Isopure as a meal sustitute enables me to take back lost ground quickly. I first used Isopure in 2003 to drop about 40 pounds. It took several months but the weight was gone and it stayed off even after I had switched back to a normal diet. Getting married a year ago though seemed to change my metabolism and some pounds began creeping back on, hence I'm going to do my Isopure approach again.
Isopure is the best tasting of all the protein supplements I've tried. That being said, some flavors are better than others. I've tried most of the Isopure flavors and I believe the strawberry is the best. Vanilla gets a little insipid after awhile, and the chocolate is fine but can get boring. The alpine punch wasn't very good at all. I've haven't tried the banana yet though I plan to do so soon and will let you know what I think.
if you want to lose some weight and/or put on small muscle, Isopure works like a champ.

Comment: The service was good but the product lacks in flavor. I loved the Pineapple, Orange & Banana. The Strawberries & Cream sounds good but really is pretty blah.
