Comment: Do not buy this mouth piece. I followed the directions specifically and it did not mold to my mouth properly. I compete in MMA competitions and whenever I get hit in the face the mouth piece moves and then I get bits of the plastic/rubber in my mouth. The only thing good about it is the dental warranty, but try to collect. It is completely overpriced and not effective.
