Comment: Lansky is a good system to get your knife edges precise. Serrated knives are especially difficult and this does a good job. The downside is that it can be awkward to use.

Comment: ...so make sure you have one or you will be doing this all by hand, not to safe. Missing file holder is the only reason I don't give it five stars.
