Customer Rating: Summary: Not pleased with this neck pillow! Comment: This pillow was very uncomfortable. I gave it away while on a long flight with a group going to Asia. I borrowed some one else's that was not an inflatable and it was much more comfortable. I thought this would be great due to the lack of space it would require when flat. Wrong move on my part. But I did find it very comfortable on my 6 hour flight. It's very easy to inflate and deflate. I though it was uncomfortable at first, but that was because I had over-inflated the pillow. After letting out a bit of the air, I found it to be quite comfortable. Whether you tilt your head back or to the side, the pillow is soft and supportive. I especially like it because you can deflate and easily stow it when you are not using it.
