Comment: I love this product and all other BSN products I have taken. They do what they say they will and that is the important part. We are not into buying products are we? We are seeking to buy results and that is what this gives. I use it in combination with the Syntha-6 and the Axis-HT and my friends in the gym say "Your drugs working" and I say "Only the red bottle". The results are visible and it feels like evolution. But you have to train dont forget, you have to train, this is something additional.

Comment: With any supplement, don't use more than your body can handle. That being said, I took a scoop a day for three months, and everything worked great. Basically, I took a scoop thirty minutes before I went to the gym. Make sure you wait until your stomach is empty before you take it, otherwise the effects will be delayed because of the food that needs to be digested. Much of the boost comes from the caffeine, and you will find yourself more focused. This effect alone will help you stay in the gym longer, and lift more weight. The other supplements in No-Xplode help your body recover, and honestly I am not familiar with what they do, except for creatine. I have taken creatine by itself, and it definitely aids in muscle recovery and strength. Note that I am speaking from experience, but basically over 3 months I gained 15 lbs of muscle, from 135 to 150, while losing fat by taking this product. It definitely works. If you would rather not have elevated LFTs or whatever, then don't take it, but this product will definitely aid your work-outs, and if you value whatever fitness goal you are trying to accomplish, and the health benefits that come from greater fitness over whatever damage temporarily increased LFTs for three months might cause (presumably none--all those reviewers just stopped and it went away, and they had no side effects), then No-Xplode is the product for you. It is a great way to get started working out, and you absolutely don't have to take it ever again after 3 months, because you will already have built up momentum.

Comment: I am a woman and I bought this product because I have been getting tired during my workouts and needed a boost. I'm strength training and doing cardio to loose some weight. So far I have noticed a slight increase in my energy level during a workout but it also made me sick to my stomach. I'm going to try taking it after a protein shake and see what happens.

Comment: NO-explode gives me gratuitous amounts of energy. It makes me win at everything, forever. Since drinking NO-explode I have won at running, football, arson, weddings, and art. Don't gamble on your energy, drink NO-explode! =)

Comment: I've been using x-plode for like 9 months and its the best thing I've ever taken. It gives me all the energy I need. I do more reps and i stay in the gym longer. I even run on the treadmill longer. It makes me burp a little though and if i take too much scoops i get a stomache ache. one scoop is enough for me. it makes me go to the bathroom too but once you get that out the way, its nothing but energy from then on.
