The Sennheiser MX75 Sport Line Stereo Headphones with Twist-to-Fit System combines a flashy neon green profile with a convenient twist-to-fit design that ensures stability while you're out jogging. The two earpieces contain rubber stoppers that press against the outer ear to further enhance stability, and a cable clip is included to hold the headphones to your clothes when they're not in use. Then, you can put them in the included vinyl carrying case for storage. The headphones themselves deliver low-end bass and drum clarity together with crispness in mid-range frequencies, and the overall sound quality is comparable with Sennheiser's studio headphones.

Customer Rating: Summary: painful headphones Comment: This headphones are very painful for someone with small ears.
They are way too big, and the twist feature is not comfortable at all.
The J-buds are a way better option than this design.
Customer Rating: Summary: They Stay In! Comment: If you are reading this, you are probably like I was... fed up with headphones that fall out of your ear when you were running. I had tried numerous different headphones with no luck. I recently purchased the Sennheiser MX75 Twist-to-fit heaphones. They absoultely stay in and I am so happy. The way the headphones work is that the wierd knob you see above the earphone fits inside/pushes against your outside ear lobe, thus putting continous pressure against the ear phone piece that is inside your ear. How simple but genius! The phones come with different pieces to allow the phones to better fit your ear. You will have to use trial and error. Overall, the sound quality is alright... nothing amazing... but what can you expect from any headphone. It is pretty hard to produce incredible sound with a tiny speaker... especially bass. All I was looking for was a pair of headphones that would stay in my ear during the entire run (and wouldn't require periodic "messing around" with them as I was running). Mission accomplished! The ONLY complaint I have is that the cord really is twisted due to how it was packaged, which is annoying... hopefully that will go away over time.
Customer Rating: Summary: Best sport headphones on the market Comment: This is my 3rd attempt at finding the perfect sport headphones. I tried the Nike earbuds but they eventually broke. The Sennheiser headphones sound quality is definitely top notch compared to the other brands. I Spin bike, stair climb, etc... with mine and they never move out of place. I also like using the clip because it keeps the cord out of your way. Another plus, it includes a small carrying case for storage. My only negative is that the cord is alittle long.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good sound, poor design quality. Comment: I bought these because I wanted something affordable, with decent sound quality, and something that would be good to use while running/working out. These were great...for about 15 minutes. The 2nd time I put them into my ear the piece of plastic on the outside of the right earbud popped off. It was just cosmetic, but annoying it happened literally the 2nd time I used them.
I got used to the "twist" concept just fine. The buds have an extra node on them fits into a fold in the ear to keeps the buds very secure in your ear. It also improves the sound quality since it positions itself just right in your ear. It works fine for me - although I have never had a problem with earbuds falling out of my ear before. But it does get uncomfortable after a long while.
So the real problems started within 1 week of having these. On the nodes for the "twist" mechanism is a tiny piece of plastic padding - used for comfort since a piece of plastic is pressed into your ear. The padding on both buds popped off and is gone. So now they are quite uncomfortable to wear. They are very tiny, so once they fall out good luck finding them.
Around the each bud is a ring of plastic used to keep the speaker portion inside the bud casing - on both buds that plastic ring has fallen off. After that the mesh front to the left speaker fell off, since the retainer ring was gone. If I use them anymore, the right one will soon fall out also.
What these are are headphones with nice sound quality and a unique design that are rather poor in quality. I have taken care of these in the short few weeks I have had them, so there is no excuse for them to fall apart so quickly. Plus these are a sport design - they are supposed to be more rugged that normal ear-buds. My iPod earbuds and other cheap $10 head phones all out lasted these. I am rather disappointed.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good headphones for the price - Different color than shown Comment: Overall, I'd say these are good sound quality for the price. The bass is good, but not great. For me personally, these fit me very well and I can't wait to use them for running.
I do get upset over minor details and the color of the headphones I received are different from the picture. The plastic back of the headphone turned out to be a shiny metallic light green/blue. It is not white as shown in the picture. A small detail, but I wish I would have known before I bought them.
