Summary: An amazing product from an amazing company.
Comment: Hello. I purchased the Swiss Gear Smart Shade Screenhouse a few months ago. It goes everywhere with us. It is very easy to put up, very easy to transport and of very, very good quality. Its just a no brainer for the price.
You have to worry sometimes about customer service when you buy something from a place like Amazon because if anything ever goes wrong - its not Amazon you are dealing with - but the manufacturer. Well... I have dealt with this company's customer service before and they are hands down without compair. They believe in their products and back them 100%.
They are excellent communicators and just want to help. I will go out of my way to buy from Swiss Gear in the future, even if I have a choice between two products and theirs happens to be more expensive because you cannot put a price on good customer service.
WIth this said - I am doublely thrilled because the screen was an amazing price - cheaper in-fact than screens of half the quality.

Summary: Great yellow jacket protection!
Comment: We just bought into a time share camping area and our first time there we were attacked by 100's of yellow jackets when cooking and attempting to eat tri-tip. We ran home to order a screen tent and after reading all the reviews purchased this one.
WE LOVED IT!!!! Our next camping trip we were sticking our tongues out at all the bees that were unsuccessfully trying to get at our food.
Set up was easy (I put it up myself, with a little help from my kids).
I like the fact that the screen can come off the top canopy and be used just for shade protection.

Comment: We found this screenhouse very simple to set up, which was a relief after the one we bought at Home Depot and returned because we could not set it up and pieces broke as we tried! This screenhouse unfolds/refolds easily, though setting it up and returning it to its carry sack wouldn't be easy (maybe not even possible) to do alone.

Comment: What a nicely made and packaged product! I've used several bargain-brand sun shelters in the past with mixed results. They either required an entire platoon of engineers to erect or simply broke into pieces when the slightest breeze arose. This shade canopy took two people minutes to erect, withstood gusty winds and looked good doing it. It even fit back into its case without a hitch.
Recommended to anyone tired of pinching your fingers and/or having a roll of duct tape and splints handy to repair broken supports. The screen portion also attached without a hitch and kept out flying critters although with no floor, the creepy-crawlies might get in.
Again...Great Product!

Summary: Swiss Gear Smart Shade 10- by 10-Foot Screenhouse
Comment: We use a screen house while camping in Michigan. We normally use it to eat our meals in, or sit and drink coffee in the morning. Our old screen house of about five years was getting worn and we felt it was time for something new.
Ease of set up was our main concern along with durability. The Swiss Gear screen house pasted the test. When we first received the screen house, I decided to check it out and set it up by myself. Although this is possible to do alone, I highly recommend two people. The sides are attached to the top with velcro which makes it nice if you would like to open the entire side for easy access. Our old screen house had a strip of material running across the bottom of the doors that people constantly tripped over and this is not the case with the Swiss Gear.
My one complaint, like all camping gear, everything is nicely rolled up in a factory and stuffed in the storage bag, but in a campground setting you cannot get it to fit!
The frame work fit fine but the material would not fit no matter how neatly we tried to be so we threw it in the back of the truck and refolded it when we got home. Like a map it has to be folded just so or it will not fit, but there are no directions on how to fold it so pay attention when you take it out the first time.
Overall I am very happy with the Swiss Gear Screen house and find the price to be reasonable when compared to other Screen houses.
