Comment: I bought this for my trip overseas and I end up using it regularly at home. It's true that light gets in from the nose. However, this doesn't bother me that much. I do like how the eyes are contoured.

Comment: Hey, I would of given this a 4, but it seems to be quite overrated.
I only say that because *You Can Still See Light! (at the bottom of your nose)
I've tried several sleep mask, and the only ones that I've seen that gives you 100% complete black out, are the Tempurpedic or Memory Foam ones...
The good part about this sleep mask, over the Tempurpedic one is that is very light... it'll be more gentle on your face. Also the light that gets through is 70-80% cured if you closed your eyes...

Summary: Amazon Best Buy - Sleep Mask
Comment: I have used many sleeping masks throughout my life... some free (Airplanes) and some purchased... this is by far the best mask I have used.
This mask is Semi-Soft. It has some spring to it around the edges, so it holds well against your face. The downside is, if you are a Side Sleeper, it can bend the mask and allow light to get in.
The straps are just OK. The mask comes off in the middle of the night about once every third night. I have tried different adjustments on the velcro elastic band.
Overall, I rate this as an Amazon Best Buy. 5 Stars.

Summary: The Perfect Sleep Mask
Comment: I've tried many sleep masks over the years and have never been satisfied with any of them - until now. Most sleep masks have a small elastic band that stretches out quickly, making it worthless, or lets light in around the nasal area because they don't fit correctly. This sleep mask is perfect in many ways. It has a wide, sturdy elastic band with a velcro fastener that allows for comfort, fit, and longevity. It also has a nose hood to prevent light from disturbing your sleep and even has convex pockets so the mask doesn't touch your eyes or lashes while you sleep. On top of all that, it's made of a soft, durable material that is a pleasure to the skin. I've used my sleep mask for awhile now and I can find nothing negative to say about it. In fact, I can't sleep without it! Whoever designed it really knew what they were doing, and I heartily recommend it. It's a great product, worth every penny!

Comment: Good mask, but don't think it's quite accurate to call it total blackout. Light gets in around the nose area (I suppose I could tighten the strap so tight it hurts, but that wouldn't really help me sleep better, would it?). Otherwise, the mask is comfortable.
