When you play every game like it's a championship, your ball should, too. Play with a Championship ball, and you'll see why it's America's No 1 selling tennis ball. Consistency. Consistency. Consistency. Like the Pro Penn, Championship balls undergo complete quality control tests. So you know every Championship ball is going to bounce like the last one. And hold up like the first one. The Championship ball is for players who demand as much of their tennis balls as they do of themselves. Heavy Duty Felt tennis ball is ideal for hard court, outdoor, asphalt, and concrete surfaces. Each can contains 3 tennis balls. Case contains 24 cans.

Customer Rating: Summary: Penn Championship Extra Duty Tennis Balls - 24 Can Case Comment: These are the biggest crooks. Amazons should have made them send every one of us what they had on sale not just refunding our money of nine dollars I believe. Crooked crooked, crooked do not do business with them.

Customer Rating: Summary: Mistake Corrected Quickly & Amicably by Bic Comment: I think that the best test of a transaction is not whether everything goes well, but how a problem with an order is resolved. I viewed the original offer of 24 cans for $5.00 over several days before placing an order. It looked too good to be true - and it was. Bic responded quickly, the problem was resolved immediately and quite professionally. However it would not have been an issue if Amazon and Bic had a better process for checking problematic situations before they escalate. A simple email stating that there was a problem with the order would have sufficed. The "Keep It Simple" policy applies.
Customer Rating: Summary: BIC the WORST SELLER! NEGATIVE 5 stars! Comment: Just like the other reviewers. Bic sent me 1 can of PENN tennis balls when I ordered 24 cans. They MASSIVELY lie and cheat. It's repugnant what BIC is allowed to get away with on Amazon.com.
I paid $14.xx to receive ONE can of tennis balls. That's so laughable.
Last night, I went to a local Target to purchase a can of Wilson tennis balls (something to play with before receiving my 24 cans of Penns) and it was $1.87 for one can of Wilson balls. Bic charged me $14.xx for a can of Penn.
It's utterly outrageous!
BIC will NEVER, EVER receive another order from me!

I have no idea how these people can get away with this. I bought and paid for this stuff and I got an email today saying my order was canceled. I will never use amazon again for anything, nor will I advise anyone else to simply because they allow rip off stores like BIC Superstore to decieve people. They should be called RIP Superstore instead.
Furthermore, I have a printed receipt, screen captures of my order and the ad, and everything else.
If anyone else is interested in filing a class action lawsuit please invite me as your amazon friend.
Customer Rating: Summary: False advertising Comment: I ordered tennis balls that said 24 can case. I ordered 2 of them. That should be 48 cans -3 balls per can=144 balls. Waiting for my 144 balls but received 2 cans (6 balls). Misleading advertising and pricing was based upon 144 balls. Amazon told me to call BIC and they said they don't even stock 48 cans. BIC would not honor their ad. Amazon is following up with them. I would not recommend them.
