Comment: After not receiving the first order, when delivery tracking said it had been delivered. I contacted the cust service depart. they took my info and within 3 days I had the item delivered to me, then I received a phone call to ensure I had received the item and was happy with it.

Comment: I do a lot of walking, many 100's of miles per year, so I need a great hat to protect me. This is the best one I found. I've owned several over the past six years and I buy them for my girlfriend, as well.

They work great in the sun or rain and the chin strap keeps it on your head if a wind kicks up. They offer great protection for your face and neck. I highly recommend this hat if you're looking for the ultimate in stylish protection. I get lots of compliments on how good it looks.
