Summary: They actually work!!
Comment: I am on my feet daily, and over the last 2 months began having major heel pain. First thing in the morning, it'd hurt when I first stepped out of the bed, and during the work day, it'd hurt to put pressure on my heels. It appeared to be plantar fasciitis. After trying new shoes, etc, I bought a set of these. I was kinda leary, but I figured it was worth a shot. I have had them about a week, and the morning pain is nearly gone, and I can make it through the day fairly comfortably. I'm willing to bet the pain will be completely gone within a few weeks. I am buying an extra set for my other shoes. These are great. Well worth a try!

Summary: Hard to Tell
Comment: Hard to tell whether these heel cups work. Since my heels have not shown much improvement after wearing these several times, I guess I'd say it does not make much difference. Also tightens up shoe fits which is not so comfortable.

Comment: I am finally relieved of 3 years of pain. I am running again without pain in my heel. I do not use in running shoes. The daily walking around at work provides much relief.

Summary: slowest shipping ever!
Comment: I ordered this product through HTP over 3 weeks ago, and they just sent them out today. And the only reason I found this out was that I emailed them repeatedly to find out when they would arrive. Like most people, I imagine, I ordered this product because I am in a significant amount of pain. If I had known how long the delay would be before they would even be shipped, I would have chosen a different product. I don't know whether they will work when they finally get here, but you can bet I'll return them if they don't.

Summary: Immediate relief from really bad PF
Comment: I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for about 18 months. Advil and icing were no longer giving any relief. I was desperate as the PF was getting debilitating. These Heal Seats gave me great relief from day 1. I wish there was an option for securing them into shoes. I am wearing them with Birkenstocks and they do tend to slip out. This wouldn't happen with a more closed shoe style, though. Highly recommend.
