Comment: This is a durable exercise rope, however it does not give a huge amount of resistance. If you are really going for sculpt and bulk get free weights.

Comment: At home a Total Gym is part of my exercise routine, however that is just a little large to take with me when traveling. Throw these puppies in the suitcase and get much the same resistance type of exercise to maintain condition while on the road.
