A fun workout for anyone into dancing/hip hop or just wants to have fun while working out. "Rino" is my favorite in the vid! Also has a good strength training portion (no equipment required).

Comment: I am a HUGE fan of the Nike workouts that Jamie King choreographed a few years ago, so I was extremely pleased to see that he has his own DVD now. I had a blast doing this workout - it's about an hour and you really do not notice it. I was sweating and I have been running, even.
The main complaint it seems around here is that Jamie goes a bit fast. I think that if you really concentrate, you will find that it's not THAT complicated (most of the time) and you do have a lot of repetition of the moves when you combine different parts of the routine after you learn each new part. I am not accusing anyone of being a fool, but it's just that when I work out I like to space out a little, and you cannot do that here. For one thing, you could hurt yourself, but you would also just miss out on how much fun it is. For certain notably complicated moves, Jamie has the option of watching a special section on the DVD that lets you learn it separately from the rest of the routine, which would solve a number of the concerns about speed.
I have no objections towards music or the dancers. It's a good time!
Customer Rating:      Summary: It's not about Instant Gratification Comment: To those who gave this dvd a 1, 2, or 3 stars with a bad review, shame on yourselves. This video- as well as any other cardio dance video, will NOT come easy and yes- you do have to watch it repetitively. Even though I'm a dancer I didn't get everything in the first try but I do like the fact that they repeat everything half time, then a little under speed, then at full tempo and then add the content you just practiced before. For those that are willing to add something different to their cardio that'll last for a long while, this dvd is awesome for that!

You repeat the moves slowly a few times, then take it up to real time. If you don't have it still, you can just back up the DVD and replay. The moves are Fun, Easy and Jamie is entertaining.
Customer Rating:      Summary: A Great Workout Comment: I bought this movie thinking that it would be easy (since I'm a free style dancer) but a little more organized then I thought. I was wrong. I felt like a beginner because you move through each dance move pretty fast BUT that made it fun and a challenge. The hard moves were easy for me, the simple stuff were harder for me. My main issue was remembering that their right is actually my left (even though he clearly says what way to go) and vice versa. I sweat everytime I do the workout and bones that I never thought I had are a little sore. Worth the cost!
