Spotlight customer reviews:
Customer Rating: Summary: The Bad Badminton Set Comment: The case- Good for storage and transportation. It actually is a pretty good quality and is red. Better then having nowhere to store the set.
The rackets- Fairly good. Not excellent, but they successfully hit the shuttlecock. Probably the best part of the whole set. The racket handle is hollow and my only problem is that the plug at the bottom of the handle keeps falling out. That gets annoying. I just ended up removing the plug.
The shuttlecock- Each one lasted about five minutes and my friend and I just play in the backyard for fun. I tried to laugh it off with my friend, but I expected more than five minutes of play with each shuttlecock. Oh, and by the way. You need to buy replacements.
The net- The first thing I need to tell you about the net is that it is extremely annoying to set up. You can do it, but be prepared to spend at least 20-30 minutes figuring it out. The directions weren't exactly crystal clear either. The net itself is alright. By that I mean it doesn't fall down if you hit the shuttlecock into it. Basically, the only bad party about the net is setting it up. For people with small backyards, like me, keeping the net up all year is not reasonable, so I will have to go through all the frustration of setting it up again.
