Summary: Nice table, minus shipping damage
Comment: The first table we received was broken on all four corners and part of the table top. Amazon quickly replaced it with a new table which came with 3 corners minorly damaged. I called Amazon about this and they said to contact Gamenamics for replacement pieces. I did not want to return the second table and have to wait again for another table only to have the same outcome. When I spoke with Gamenamics they said they have had problems with the corners breaking during shipping. There is no styrofoam padding for the corners, just a small thin, sheet/paper of padding. They really need to invest in styrofoam for shipping purposes. Gamenamics is going to ship us the new corners. The table was easy to put together but several of the screws did not line up with the screw holes so my husband had to re-drill holes. The score keeper and air blower work great and the kids love it! It is nice and sturdy and has good sound effects!

Comment: This item was a breeze to put together. It's light weight allows for easy movement into the basement, yet its heavy enough not to move around during fast play. The table's action is fast and the rounded corners allow for even faster response during play. The realistic play-field looks like the ice rinks in the NHL. The electronic scoring keeps track of your competitive play. This item is a great value for the money !!

Comment: When I recieved my product it had a hole on the top of the table. So I have to return it and get a refund. I was definitly not satisfied with this product.

Comment: I think I would have rated this table higher if it had come as described. When I opened the box there was broken pieces of the table scattered throughout the box. There were also screws that were missing and other missing parts. There were also no directions on how to put it together. The electronic scorer also works some of the time. I have played air hockey on a lot of tables, but the puck seems to fly off rather easily. I was very disappointed at the overall quality of the table.

Comment: The product was difficult to put together and parts of the table were broken when we opened the box. The counter was inoperable and we already have to contact the company to have parts replaced. Looks good but doesn't work properly and there is no way to hold the shipping company accountable.
