Comment: no problems with the product, it's just that the clips that go into the handles look like they might break kind after awhile. i've been using them for a few months and nothing is wrong. i would have prefered it if they were metal, but as long as it outlasts the band i wont complain.

Comment: The DVD that accompanies the resistance bands was great and very informational. I have 1 small gripe. The hooks on either end of the bands disconnect from the handle because the clip doesn't remain closed. It is a good product and I would order it again, you just need to be mindfull of the clip.

Comment: The equipment itself is great, but the DVD is terrible, it goes through all the exercises but very quickly not giving you enough time between the different activities to adjust the equipment, it also does not give great instruction to begin with, but the booklet is pretty good and much easier to use, but other than that I've been very happy with the kit
