Summary: terrible product, terrible service
Comment: I ordered this table for my children last Christmas. It came several days before in a box had been torn and tattered. When we opened the box, it was totally missing the basketball part of the game, missing other balls and parts of the table, the pool triangle was broken, as was a part of the frame, and ping pong balls were squished. Nevertheless, since it was Christmas Eve, and this was Santa's big gift (and because the instructions said if any pieces were missing or damaged they would be replaced for free with a simple phone call) we spent all night Christmas Eve putting it together (2 people, about 3 hours, with the help of glue...)and left a note from Santa blaming careless elves. When we were done, only 1 of the 5 games was in complete working order. Well, to make a very long story short, I called, was told the missing pieces would be fedex'd to me, called a few days later and was told they were on their way, called again weeks later and was told that they were actually temporarily out of the pieces, and weeks later I was told to return the item for a refund -- but this was virtually impossible given that it was now all assembled and the box was in tatters. I was never able to get a refund, or any satisfaction from Fogdog or Spartan (who are one and the same, I believe). I had many unsatisfactory email exchanges, and made a generous offer requesting a partial refund, but I think they know it is faulty, but also know that the buyer can't really do much about it. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

Summary: Spartan Sports 5 in 1 Combination Table
Comment: This product was purchased as a Christmas gift for our grandson. It was a disappointment both in quality of construction and condition received upon opening after shipment to us. ASIN: B000LIOAEI This was a Spartan Sports 5 in 1 game table. One cue stick came broken in half. There was loose and cracked laminate on some of the particle board pieces. The basketball back board was badly scratched from improper packing. Underbracing of the table was broke. I would not order this product again or recommend it to anyone else.

Summary: Poor build quality and poor packaging
Comment: This seemed like a good game table for the family. My kids were looking forward to it arriving. But when it was finally delivered and I opened the box, we were disappointed. Although the outside of the box didn't appear damaged in shipping, the poor packaging/padding caused the table to be cracked badly inside the box. The table seemed to be primarily constructed of particle-board so the quality of materials was also low. The bad packaging and cheap particle-board doomed the table to shipping damage.
