Customer Rating: Summary: Works well, tastes like mud Comment: It's a fuel-drink, so I didn't expect this to taste great. They call it orange-sicle, but it's really, really bland. Not such a big deal to me, because when you need this kind of endurance fuel, you need to have realistic expectations for flavor (my opinion, anyway).
I used this for the triple bypass ride this summer (120 miles, 10,000 feet of climbing). It did the job just fine. I needed to supplement electrolytes but I'm a 'white-streak' sweater so I burn through salt like crazy. Still, I needed it to keep me going for about 8 hours and it did.
