Customer Rating: Summary: Not a great bag Comment: This bag lasted 10 months. In the first month, the shoulder strap broke. No biggie - I substituted the shoulder strap from another bag. Recently, the zipper broke. Not only did the zipper not zip together anymore at some sections, the zipper itself separated from the lining. So in conclusion, not a great bag. I will now get a Dakine, which has a lifetime guarantee.
