Customer Rating: Summary: One of the better electrolyte drinks on the market Comment: HEED works well for me. It has a mild taste that is easy to stomache. HEED seems to work the best for me when I bicycling for 2 hours or longer. I have tried/used Accelerade, Gatorade, and a host of other drinks on the market. Accelerade works okay, but it can upset my stomache when I am riding hard. I road ride regulary at high intesities so I need a product that keeps my energy up; HEED fits the bill. While the national brands tend to taste better and sell better, HEED has the complex carbs you need to keep moving along. Great for endurance runners; I've recommended it to my friends and they are slowly making the switch. Score one for the little guy.
